Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Bolt Corps developer ecosystem—including LiveWire IDE, NovaBoard Studio, NovaSchema ERD Designer, FlowForge Workspaces, Cypher Video Conferencing, Corpsian AI Studio 2.0, Developer Community Forum, the 26+ Developer Tools Suite, and meetup events—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable cyber laws.

Certain ecosystem features require authentication (Google OAuth or verified email). You are responsible for all activities associated with your account:

• Provide accurate profile handles and badges representation. Impersonation of other developers, maintainers, or organizations is strictly prohibited.
• Safeguard your authentication sessions and workspace invite keys.
• For FlowForge zero-knowledge encrypted workspaces, you acknowledge that encryption keys are generated locally; Bolt Corps cannot recover lost keys or recover unencrypted contents.

We believe in full developer sovereignty. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all code, diagrams, schemas, and media created through Bolt Corps:

When utilizing Corpsian AI Studio 2.0 with custom API keys:

• You agree to comply with the respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies of your chosen AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter, Mistral, DeepSeek).
• You are solely responsible for all API consumption, billing, and rate limits incurred on your personal provider accounts.
• You agree not to use AI generation tools to produce exploit payloads, malicious malware, automated scraping worms, or prohibited content.

While LiveWire IDE and WASM Lab execute code in isolated browser sandboxes:

• You must not execute scripts intended to conduct unauthorized port scanning, denial of service (DoS), or unauthorized network exploitation against third parties.
• You must not attempt to circumvent browser sandbox constraints, exploit WebAssembly runtimes, or conduct client-side crypto-jacking.

In the Developer Forum, blogs, and public event chats, all participants must foster an inclusive, constructive engineering environment:

• No hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory conduct.
• No distribution of copyrighted materials, unauthorized proprietary source code, malware, or leaked API credentials.
• No spamming, advertisement flooding, or automated bot postings.
• Bolt Corps community moderators reserve the right to remove non-compliant threads or suspend forum privileges.

You explicitly agree not to:

• Execute flood attacks or recursive queries intended to exhaust Firebase Firestore or Supabase database quotas.
• Abuse peer-to-peer WebRTC channels in Cypher or LiveWire for unlawful data broadcasting.
• Reverse-engineer or bypass platform security measures or access protected admin routes without authorization.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Bolt Corps disclaims liability for:

• External AI model responses, hallucinations, latency, or upstream third-party AI provider outages.
• Data loss resulting from unbacked-up browser localStorage or cleared cache memory.
• WebRTC network connection failures caused by restrictive corporate firewalls or symmetric NAT conditions.
